3. At least 9 hours in the Minor must be 300/400 level. Up to 6 hours may
come from elsewhere in the degree plan but hours must be made up in the
General Elective category. Consult the advisor for minor options.
4. The second speech and writing skills course should be chosen from Engl 203, 210,
235, 236, 241, 301; Scom 203 or 243.
5. Six hours of English Literature electives must be chosen from 203, 212, 221, 222,
227, 228, 231 and 232. Engl 203 MAY NOT BE USED TO SATISFY MORE THAN ONE REQUIREMENT
6. Kine 199 to be taken pass/fail, Kine 198, the health and fitness course, to be
taken for a letter grade.
7. CHECK PREREQUISITES. Stat 211 is especially recommended for those preparing for
graduate school. Stat 303 and 211 should be taken before, not concurrently, with Ecmt 463.
Note that the Math prerequisite for Stat 211 are two semesters of
Calculus.
8. Additional Math (more than six hours and above the Math 142 level) may
be substituted for Phil 240. Consult the advisor.
