COLLEGE STATION HOTEL INFORMATION


Please note:  Special conference rates have been arranged with the Quality Suites (host hotel).  To make reservations at the Quality Suites you may contact Hannah Averitt at tx376sales@aol.com mentioning "Panel Data Conference" before May 4, 2004.  If you reserve at the Quality Suites please request local airport pickup (College Station Easterwood Airport/McKenzie Terminal) and let them know the time of your arrival.  Special conference rates have also been arranged with the Hilton and LaQuinta Inns.  To obtain these rates when making your reservations at these hotels please refer to "Panel Data".  

Buses will run from the following hotels to the Conference site: Quality Suites, Marriott - Townplace Suites, Holiday Inn Express, Hilton, LaQuinta, Hampton Inn and Super 8.  The Fairfield is adjacent to Super 8 and the Best Western is near the Hilton. 

Of Interest:  Room occupancy tax is 13%; Hotels do not charge for parking.
