The fee for the conference is $200 US.  Late Registration fee (after April 5) is $250.00.

The Registration fee covers access to all sessions, 2 conference dinners, 2 conference lunches, coffee breaks, and Receptions.  

Should your spouse/significant other wish to attend the Reception and dinners their cost will be $150.00.

In order for your paper to be included in the conference you must register by April 5, 2004.  

Hotel:  While the number of hotels have increased significantly over the past few years it is strongly recommended that you make your reservations as early as possible.  You should not wait until the last minute to  reserve a hotel room.
