Rodrigo Velez received his Ph.D. in 2009 from the University of Rochester. He joined the Department of Economics at Texas A&M University in the same year. He received his M.S. in Mathematics in 2003 from the Colombian National University and his B.A. in Economics in 2001 from EAFIT University.
Rodrigo's areas of interest are Microeconomic Theory and Game Theory. In particular, his research has focused on the normative and strategic issues related to resource allocation problems.
